What is our working hours?
Our official working hours are 9am till 6pm, Monday to Friday. However, we’re often work earlier and later than these hours (working hard for our clients!) so feel free to email us.
How long will it take to design my website?
It all depends on what type of website we are designing.
We have a process that we stick to that ensures you receive the very best website at the end of the project. For a brochure type website we would advise a 2 - 4 month process. If there are more pages and functionality involved in the site, the process can take longer.
There are two major factors that the length of a website project is often highly dependent on:

Content and Imagery. If all of the content and imagery is ready to go, it means that we can design the website quicker and this can often reduce the time of the process.
We’ll work with you along the process and make sure that project is run as efficiently as possible.
Who buys the domain name & sorts out the hosting?
It best if we do. It is much better and easier so that we can do all the work from one platform. We have our own servers and by us managing your hosting - it ensures that we can keep your website up to date efficiently. We can also offer professional advice when it comes to selecting the right domain name for your business.
How should I choose my domain name?
We always recommend a simple and sensible choice of domain ( website address). Generally we believe it is best to name it on your business. We are not believers in trying yo cram in keywords into your domain name just in the hope for some Google traffic. Our only other advice is to keep as short as possible.
Who owns and has right to my domain?
You do. Although its easier for us to register it for you. We still register it in your name to ensure that you own it. If you ever wanted to transfer the domain away from us, for whatever reason, you would be able to do this.
What happens if my preferred domain name is not available?
Don't worry if this happens, and don't be surprised. There is always an alternative solution. We can normally make small alterations to your name to find a solution. For UK businesses, we always recommend a .co.uk. domain. However, another alternative solution may be to use a .com or .uk domain instead of .co.uk. However please note that additional charges may apply because other domains tend to be more expensive than .co.uk domains. Who writes all of the content and wording on my website?
The content / wording for your website has to predominantly come from you. You are the expert behind your business and the services you offer, not us. However, we can definitely help you if your don't have time but we will need pointing in the right direction. As a minimum we will need a few bullet points for each page to allow us to draft out the content. Please note there may be additional charges for this.
How do I order a website and what is the process?
Send us an email or complete our form. We will contact you to discuss your requirements and understand what you would like to achieve. We will confirm our price to you with an official quotation. If you wish to proceed, then all we ask for is a 50% deposit to get the ball rolling. That's all pay until your website is finished and live!
Can I make any changes after you have completed my website?
Yes of course We strive for total customer satisfaction. However, we like you advice us of all changes within the first 7 days of website release. We do understand however that this not possible, and sometimes little things can be missed. You can be assured that we are flexible and our one number one priority is to ensure that you are happy and proud of your new website.
